This Vivi Ornitier deck is a fast, explosive Izzet spellslinger storm deck centered around chaining noncreature spells to burn out the table in a single decisive turn. Vivi serves as both an escalating damage outlet and a powerful mana battery: each noncreature spell adds a +1/+1 counter and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its {0} ability turns that accumulated power into burst mana. By pairing Vivi with Curiosity-style effects (Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, Tandem Lookout), each noncreature spell cast deals noncombat damage to all three opponents and draws three fresh cards. This massive card velocity enables the deck to chain cantrips, mana rocks, and cost reducers until the entire table is burned to zero life on Turn 4.
