Commander: Shorikai, Genesis Engine

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Shorikai, Genesis Engine is the deck's repeatable draw-and-loot engine and pilot generator, setting up an Azorius Vehicle beatdown plan. The deck is built to deploy Shorikai on turn 3-4 and activate it every turn, using discarded artifacts to later recur with Brilliant Restoration or Dance of the Manse. The primary finish is a mass-animation turn with Cyberdrive Awakener or Katsumasa, the Animator, turning rocks and vehicles into flying attackers; Parhelion II and Mechtitan Core serve as alternate top-end threats. The hidden commander is Cyberdrive Awakener, the card the deck most wants to find and resolve.
