The Mindskinner, Death By A Mill-ion Cuts by R0undtable

Format: Commander

Commander: The Mindskinner

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Mindskinner leads a mono-blue mill strategy that turns the commander's unblockable 10/1 body into a recurring mill engine. Each attack prevents 10 damage to each opponent and mills them for 10, quickly draining libraries. The deck accelerates this plan with a dense suite of mill spells (Fractured Sanity, Maddening Cacophony, Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Mind Sculpt) and landfall crabs (Hedron Crab, Ruin Crab). The primary one-turn kill is the Bruvac the Grandiloquent + kicked Maddening Cacophony combo, which mills each opponent's entire library. The deck also uses control elements (counters, bounce, Propaganda) to stay alive while building toward the win. The commander is a value engine, not a combo piece, so the deck can function without it.
