Ouch, Yowch, and You're Dead by User2

Format: Commander

Commander: Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might // Temple of Power

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-red Ojer Axonil deck turns every 1-damage pinger and sweeper into a 4-damage clock. You flood the board with cheap pingers like Guttersnipe, Electrostatic Field, Kessig Flamebreather and Fiery Inscription, then cast Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might to replace their 1-2 damage with 4 per trigger to each opponent. Cheap instants, sorceries, rituals and impulse draw chain multiple triggers per turn, while Pyrohemia gives a repeatable R: deal 4 to each opponent once Ojer is out. The back face Temple of Power is a fallback mana land, not the plan. You win by stacking 8-12 damage per spell across the table until 40 is reached.
