Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Chatterfang, Squirrel General leads a Golgari aristocrats and token swarm strategy that weaponizes disposable creature and artifact tokens. The deck generates exponential board presence by pairing Chatterfang with token producers like Academy Manufactor, Tireless Provisioner, and Deep Forest Hermit, which create paired 1/1 Squirrel tokens whenever any token is created. Chatterfang translates these Squirrel tokens into targeted removal while fueling aristocrat drain effects from Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, and Nadier's Nightblade. Alternatively, the deck closes games through wide combat damage amplified by Beastmaster Ascension, End-Raze Forerunners, or Camellia, the Seedmiser. This dual-threat structure overwhelms opposing boards through simultaneous attrition and overwhelming combat pressure.
