Deck overview

This Selesnya Angel Stompy deck harnesses the card advantage and passive warding of Sigarda, Font of Blessings to deploy an overwhelming aerial army. Fast mana artifacts and low-cost mana dorks accelerate deployment, allowing Sigarda to hit the battlefield on Turn 3. Once established, Sigarda shields support permanents with hexproof while turning the top of the library into an extended hand of Angels and Humans. The deck quickly builds critical mass through cost-reducers like Giada, Font of Hope and Urza's Incubator, supported by lifegain payoffs including Righteous Valkyrie, Bishop of Wings, and Archangel of Thune. Lethal pressure peaks on Turn 5, using decisive finishers like Triumph of the Hordes, Overwhelming Stampede, Akroma's Will, or Finale of Devastation to eliminate opponents in combat. Robust protection spells such as Teferi's Protection, Heroic Intervention, and Flawless Maneuver defend against sweepers, while stax pieces like Linvala, Keeper of Silence disrupt opposing creature combos.
