Deck overview

This is a Temur Dragon-tribal deck helmed by Ureni of the Unwritten, built around ramping into the 7-mana commander and then using his enters-and-attack trigger to cheat Dragons directly onto the battlefield from the top eight cards of the library. The deck layers multiple secondary cheat outlets - Selvala's Stampede, Genesis Wave, Monstrous Vortex, Breaching Dragonstorm, and Hellkite Courser - alongside a dense cost-reduction package (Dragonlord's Servant, Nogi, Draco-Zealot, Sarkhan, Soul Aflame, Ruby Medallion) so Dragons can also be hard-cast. The primary win is overwhelming combat damage from a rapidly assembled Dragon board, amplified by Twinflame Tyrant's damage doubling, Atarka, World Render's double strike, and the extra-combat loop of Scourge of the Throne with Savage Ventmaw. Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm and Lathliss, Dragon Queen multiply the board further. It is a midrange value deck that snowballs through repeated Ureni triggers rather than assembling a compact combo.
