Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Vampire tribal deck commanded by Strefan, Maurer Progenitor. The primary game plan revolves around dealing incremental early damage to generate Blood tokens, then leveraging Strefan's attack trigger to cheat massive Vampire threats like Olivia's Attendants, Markov Enforcer, and Crossway Troublemakers directly onto the battlefield tapped, attacking, and indestructible. Blood tokens double as a card-filtering engine to cycle past redundant lands into high-impact threats. While combat damage and aristocrat drain effects from Blood Artist and Falkenrath Noble form the deck's primary route to victory across multiple turns, it also features a compact two-card infinite combo in Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank to instantly mill and drain the entire table. The deck features strong creature and artifact interaction, though it remains vulnerable to board wipes and enchantment-based strategies.
