UB IRS Auditor Deck by user6502266

Format: Commander

Commander: Grand Arbiter Augustin IV

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Azorius control deck, helmed by Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, aims to lock down the table through a dense web of tax effects, counterspells, and pillowfort enchantments while leveraging the commander's cost reduction to outpace opponents. The primary win condition is Approach of the Second Sun, tutored and recurred via the deck's strong draw and search suite. Secondary paths include cheating Omniscience into play with Show and Tell to chain free spells, or grinding out value with planeswalkers like Teferi, Hero of Dominaria and Teferi, Master of Time. The deck is a classic "draw-go" control build that prioritizes inevitability over speed, using stax pieces like Ghostly Prison and Smothering Tithe to buy time while assembling its win.
