Deck overview

This mono-white midrange deck leverages Gisela, the Broken Blade as both an aggressive flying lifelink threat and half of the devastating Brisela, Voice of Nightmares meld lock. The primary strategy develops a formidable aerial board of synergistic Angels, supported by lifegain payoffs like Archangel of Thune and Righteous Valkyrie. Tutors like Thalia's Lancers and Search for Glory reliably locate Bruna, the Fading Light to fuse into Brisela, locking opponents out of low-cost spells. Symmetrical ground tax effects like Moat and Linvala, Keeper of Silence stall opposing boards while your massive flying threats close out the game through decisive combat, accelerated by Akroma's Will.
