Deck overview

This is an earthbend-centric midrange combat deck helmed by Toph, the First Metalbender. Toph turns nontoken artifacts into lands so they can be earthbent, then earthbends a land for two +1/+1 counters every end step. The 99 is packed with redundant earthbend triggers, +1/+1 counter multipliers (Hardened Scales, The Earth Crystal, Innkeeper's Talent, Ozolith, the Shattered Spire), and landfall payoffs that grow an army of hasty land-creatures. Primary wins come from crushing combat-often amplified by Bumi, Unleashed's extra-combat turn or a Triumph of the Hordes infect swing-while All Will Be One converts every counter placement into direct damage. Secondary lines include poison via Inkmoth Nexus and a three-card infinite-combat loop (Toph + Liquimetal Torque + Bumi). The deck plays as resilient, grindy beatdown that rebuilds through wipes because earthbent lands return when they die or are exiled.
