Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck leverages Lulu, Stern Guardian to orchestrate a methodical, counter-based victory. The strategy centers on establishing early board stability through stun counters, tapping effects, and targeted bounce spells to punish aggressive opponents. Once defensive footing is secure, the deck introduces poison counters to all three opponents via unblockable attackers like Blighted Agent or direct application such as Prologue to Phyresis. From that onset, the deck uses Lulu's activated ability, spell triggers from Flux Channeler and Inexorable Tide, and counter amplifiers like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus to rapidly proliferate poison totals to the lethal threshold of ten. Backed by solid blue countermagic and tempo interaction, the list controls the pace of combat while advancing an inexorable table-wide win condition that ignores traditional life totals and creature blockers entirely.
