Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Naya token swarm strategy commanded by Baylen, the Haymaker. The list leverages low-cost mana dorks and early token generators to cast Baylen on Turn 3 or 4, immediately utilizing its activated abilities to draw cards and generate surplus mana without tapping the commander itself. The deck scales rapidly using token multipliers like Mondrak, Glory Dominus, Anointed Procession, and Doubling Season, turning incremental token production into game-ending burn through Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Molten Gatekeeper, and Warleader's Call. Alternatively, it overwhelms the board through overrun effects such as Akroma's Will, Shared Animosity, and Cathars' Crusade, backed by a compact infinite combo in Basking Broodscale and Rosie Cotton of South Lane. With dense board protection from Heroic Intervention, Grand Crescendo, and Myrel, Shield of Argive, the deck maintains strong resilience against board wipes while closing out games around Turn 6.
