Commander: Rootha, Mastering the Moment

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

A Izzet spellslinger deck that accelerates from Rootha, Mastering the Moment's combat-triggered elementals into a token army. The primary plan is to use instant/sorcery density to grow large Elemental tokens, then Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer to convert all tokens into copies of the best one. Secondary paths assemble Rionya or Manaform Hellkite to multiply threats, and Prismari plus Return the Favor can chain storm copies. The commander provides scaling pressure; Rootha, Mercurial Artist serves as a second copy effect. Victory usually comes from a Surge to Victory turn with a large spell base.
