Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-red devotion burn deck helmed by Clive, Ifrit's Dominant // Ifrit, Warden of Inferno. Clive's enters-the-battlefield trigger draws a massive number of cards equal to your devotion to red - and this deck is packed with double- and triple-pip red spells (Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Fiery Emancipation), so that refill is enormous. He then transforms into a Saga that generates {R}{R}{R}{R} and fights before flipping back, doubling as a mana engine. The primary win condition is incremental burn: pingers like Kessig Flamebreather and Firebrand Archer chip every noncreature spell, upkeep enchantments like Sulfuric Vortex and Roiling Vortex grind life totals, and the stacked damage multipliers turn those small pings into lethal. Secondary paths include combat through Etali, Primal Storm, Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion, and Kratos, God of War, plus goad effects to redirect opposing attacks.
