New Untitled Deck by IpeJo

Format: Commander

Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a Mardu Vampire swarm deck that uses Eminence to turn every Vampire spell into an extra 1/1 token. The primary plan is to curve cheap Vampires into lords and anthems, then finish with a wide, pumped attack; Edgar's haste and attack trigger make him a finisher, not a required engine. Secondary paths are infinite drain combos: Bontu's Monument plus Phyrexian Altar and Oathsworn Vampire, or Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Vito/Marauding Blight-Priest/Exquisite Blood. The hidden commander, Edgar, Charmed Groom // Edgar Markov's Coffin, is mainly used for its front-face anthem and self-recursion; its back face adds lifelink tokens and can flip back into Edgar.
