Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Golgari token and aristocrats strategy led by Chatterfang, Squirrel General. The game plan focuses on multiplying token production: whenever Food, Treasure, Clues, or creature tokens are created, Chatterfang generates an equivalent number of 1/1 green Squirrels. These tokens fuel multiple operational engines, functioning as mana with Jaheira, Friend of the Forest, raw card draw with Skullclamp, and repeatable spot removal through Chatterfang's activated ability. The deck transitions into a lethal threat by Turn 5 using mass pump effects like Beastmaster Ascension, unblockable attacks via Champion of Lambholt, table-wide life drain with Valley Rotcaller, or an infinite Squirrel combo with Scurry Oak and Ivy Lane Denizen. Resilient protection spells and efficient Golgari removal safeguard the board while closing the game on Turn 6.
