This is a Bear tribal deck led by Duskana, the Rage Mother, built to swarm with 2/2 creatures and turn them into lethal attackers. The commander's ETB draws cards based on how many 2/2s you control, and her attack trigger gives each 2/2 Bear +3/+3, turning a modest board into a rapidly closing clock.
