Deck overview

This deck is a aggressive Gruul stompy strategy commanded by Bello, Bard of the Brambles. Bello turns non-Equipment artifacts and non-Aura enchantments with mana value 4 or greater into 4/4 Elemental creatures with haste, indestructible, and card-draw combat triggers during your turn. On opposing turns, these permanents revert to non-creature artifacts and enchantments, granting inherent immunity to traditional sorcery-speed creature board wipes. The deck leverages dense 2-CMC ramp to cast Bello on turn 3, followed by a continuous curve of 4+ CMC utility permanents, card advantage engines, and damage doublers like Gratuitous Violence, Berserkers' Onslaught, and Unnatural Growth. While the list features remarkable redundancy and explosive combat pressure, it relies heavily on Bello remaining on the battlefield and contains minimal direct protection spells for the commander.
