Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered 5-color cEDH combo-midrange build helmed by Kenrith, the Returned King. It focuses on assembling compact, game-winning combos as early as Turn 2 to Turn 3 while maintaining the resilience to pivot into a grinding midrange engine if early attempts are contested. The primary win condition leverages Thassa's Oracle combined with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to exile the library and win instantly through devotion triggers. As a redundant primary line, the deck features the two-card infinite combo of Witherbloom Apprentice and self-targeted Chain of Smog to drain the table through infinite magecraft triggers. Supported by elite fast mana, efficient 1-to-2 CMC tutors, and premier card-advantage engines like Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and The One Ring, the deck achieves maximum consistency. Heavy silence effects such as Grand Abolisher and Silence ensure win attempts resolve safely through opposing interaction.
