Deck overview

This five-colour "mini-game tribal" deck uses Esika, God of the Tree primarily to access its back face, The Prismatic Bridge, which cheats a creature or planeswalker into play each upkeep. The deck leans into a sprawling web of sub-game mechanics - the monarch, initiative, dungeons, the Ring, day/night, ascend, energy, experience, poison/rad counters, attractions, stickers, and banding - that provide incremental value and a unique, chaotic play pattern. The primary win condition is combat damage from the powerful legendary creatures and planeswalkers cheated in by The Bridge, accelerated by Proliferate effects (Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, Evolution Sage, Inexorable Tide) to spread poison counters or grow creatures. Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon offers a fast infect clock, while Atraxa and other beaters close the game through raw size.
