Deck overview

This deck is a focused mono-blue mill combo archetype built around Bruvac the Grandiloquent. Bruvac's replacement effect doubles all opposing mill, converting half-library mill cards into instant lethal knockouts. The primary strategy deploys Bruvac on turn 3, maintains board control using high-efficiency counterspells, and casts a kicked Maddening Cacophony on turn 5 to mill 100% of all opponents' libraries simultaneously. Alternate single-target half-mill spells like Traumatize, Cut Your Losses, and Terisian Mindbreaker allow the deck to eliminate threats individually if the primary spell is delayed. The list protects its execution window with premier free interaction, including Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Flare of Denial.
