Deck overview

This is a Golgari Saproling aristocrats deck built around Slimefoot, the Stowaway. The primary plan is to bury the table in Saproling tokens, feed them into sacrifice engines, and convert every death into table-wide drain from Slimefoot, Zulaport Cutthroat, Vindictive Vampire, and The Meathook Massacre. The deck's signature lines are infinite: Ashnod's Altar plus Necrogenesis, Night Soil, or Fungal Plots turns any creature card in the graveyard into an endless stream of Saprolings, with each death draining all opponents; Altar of Dementia offers a mill-out alternative, and Doubling Season/Parallel Lives combine with Pitiless Plunderer to make the loops mana-positive. When the combo stalls, the deck shifts to go-wide combat: 12+ Saprolings under Sporecrown Thallid, Verdeloth the Ancient, and Eldrazi Monument close via swinging, while Trudge Garden and The Mycotyrant supply alternate beaters.
