Deck overview

This is a Simic +1/+1 counters midrange deck helmed by Zimone, Paradox Sculptor. The plan is to deploy cheap counter engines and mana dorks, then use Zimone's combat trigger and activated doubler-alongside a dense suite of replacement effects like Hardened Scales, The Earth Crystal, and Innkeeper's Talent-to grow a board into unblockable, trampling threats. Primary wins come from combat via Herald of Secret Streams and hydras such as Kalonian Hydra and Mossborn Hydra, backed by infinite-mana lines off Incubation Druid or Kami of Whispered Hopes paired with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura. Mathemagics and Lux Artillery convert that mana or counter density into hard finishes. Zimone accelerates the counters plan but is not required for the combo lines or the core board strategy.
