Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos aggressive combo-attrition deck led by Ingris Stingerquill. It turns standard combat infect on its head by exploiting Ingris's triggered ability: whenever a creature attacks, that creature deals 1 damage to each opponent. Because the attacking creature itself is the source of the damage, any attacking creature with infect deals that 1 damage as a poison counter to every opponent simultaneously, completely circumventing the traditional multiplayer weakness of single-target infect combat. The deck scales this output through noncombat damage amplifiers like Hawkeye, Young Avenger and Spiked Corridor // Torture Pit, allowing a single attack step to apply 3 to 6 poison counters across all three opponents at once. Once the table is seeded with poison, the deck closes the game via redundant proliferate effects such as Phyresis Outbreak, Contagion Engine, and Staff of Compleation. The list plays efficient Rakdos removal and draw, maintaining consistent pressure across mid-power Commander tables.
