Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai "Experience Counters" deck is helmed by the partner pair Atreus, Impulsive Son and Kratos, Stoic Father. The primary game plan is to amass experience counters through Kratos's attack/death triggers, Otharri, Suns' Glory, Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas, and Katara, Waterbending Master, then leverage those counters for massive card draw (Atreus, Katara) and +1/+1 counters (Kratos). The deck finishes with combat damage using extra combat effects (Aurelia, the Warleader, World at War, Genji Glove), unblockable enablers (Herald of Secret Streams, Brotherhood Regalia, Silver Shroud Costume), and pump spells (Akroma's Will, Boros Charm). A secondary God/Equipment subtheme with Cloud, Midgar Mercenary and Stoneforge Mystic provides tutoring and value. The deck is a midrange value engine that builds incremental advantages before overwhelming opponents with multiple combats.
