Deck overview

This deck is an Esper draw-drain midrange strategy commanded by Queza, Augur of Agonies. The deck turns raw card draw into life swings, draining opponents whenever you draw cards while padding your own life total. Supported by consistent mana fixing and low-cost cantrips like Ponder and Preordain, the deck develops steadily in the early game before establishing persistent card advantage engines such as Black Market Connections and Faerie Mastermind. In the mid-to-late game, the deck accelerates into game-ending bursts with cards like Necrologia, Peer into the Abyss, Psychosis Crawler, and Aetherflux Reservoir, which eliminate the table in rapid fashion. A deep interaction suite comprising versatile removal like Void Rend and efficient counterspells such as Force of Negation and Swan Song ensures reliable board control and protection during critical winning turns.
