This deck is a four-color (WUBR) Polymorph Midrange strategy built around Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary plan accelerates mana on Turns 1 and 2, creates expendable token fodder on Turn 3, and casts Jace on Turn 4 to immediately activate his -3 loyalty ability.
