Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov midrange strategy commanded by Liesa, Shroud of Dusk. The primary game plan focuses on deploying Liesa on Turn 5 to tax opposing spellcasting while breaking parity through her flying lifelink body. The deck integrates token generation from Court of Grace, Oketra's Monument, and Divine Visitation alongside stax elements such as Hokori, Dust Drinker and Thalia, Heretic Cathar. It controls the battlefield with a dense suite of mass removal spells, including Hour of Reckoning, Day of Judgment, and Winds of Abandon. A compact two-card loop featuring Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward and Animate Dead provides an alternate route to generate infinite 1/1 Soldier tokens. Life totals are finished off through consistent aerial attacks, life-drain attrition, or large bursts from Debt to the Deathless and Gruesome Fate, typically closing the game around Turn 8.
