This Jeskai deck centers on Inspirit, Flagship Vessel, converting charge counters, +1/+1 counters, and proliferate triggers into an overwhelming artifact board. Early turns focus on establishing mana velocity with cost reducers such as Etherium Sculptor and rocks like Everflowing Chalice to deploy Inspirit on Turn 4.
