Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elf tribal beatdown deck helmed by Maralen, Fae Ascendant, who exiles the top two cards of an opponent's library whenever an Elf or Faerie enters and lets you cast one of those exiled spells for free each turn (up to your Elf count in mana value). The primary plan is to ramp aggressively with Elf mana dorks (Elvish Archdruid, Marwyn, the Nurturer, Wirewood Channeler, Woodland Weavemaster), deploy Maralen for free card advantage, build a wide board of Elf tokens through Lathril, Blade of the Elves, Down in the Valley, and Sylvan Offering, then finish with Craterhoof Behemoth, Overwhelming Stampede, or Germination Practicum. A heavy landfall subtheme (Thranduil the Strategist, Thranduil's Company, Evolution Sage) generates extra tokens and counters. Secondary plans include Lathril's activated drain and a graveyard recursion package (Reanimate, Victimize, Rise of the Dark Realms, Cauldron of Essence).
