Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact-combo deck helmed by Urza, Lord High Artificer, built to convert a dense field of cheap artifacts into a game-ending engine. Urza does triple duty: his ETB makes a growing Construct token, his tap ability turns every artifact into a mana source, and his {5} activation lets the deck play right off the top of the library once the infinite mana is online. The primary win condition is infinite mana into Walking Ballista, with Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal as the flagship loop and Basalt Monolith/Grim Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth as redundant colorless lines. The deck also leans on Mystic Forge + Sensei's Divining Top to draw the deck and Hullbreaker Horror-style bounce loops for a second, stack-proof avenue. A heavy instant-speed counter suite (including four free counters) protects the combo turn, making this a fast, tutor-dense cEDH-style build where Urza is the mana-fixing glue but not the sole engine.
