New Untitled Deck by McMulligan

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a three-color Elf tribal build helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking, who serves as a graveyard-ability engine. The primary plan is to deploy a critical mass of cheap Elves-mana dorks, lords, and token generators-then leverage that board to overwhelm opponents with pump effects (Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Finale of Devastation, Tyvar the Pummeler) or massive mana sinks (Kindred Summons, Lathril, Blade of the Elves's drain ability). The commander's unique ability to gain all activated abilities of Elves in the graveyard lets him become a super-dork: he can tap for mana, untap creatures, or even fling himself with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's sacrifice. The deck has no infinite combos, relying instead on explosive mana generation and a wide, pumped board to close out games.
