Deck overview

This is a Grixis reanimator/amass deck helmed by Sauron, the Dark Lord. The primary plan is to dump high-impact demons and Praetors into the graveyard via Entomb and Buried Alive, then cheat them into play cheaply with Reanimate, Animate Dead, Necromancy, and Victimize. Sauron himself is a grinding value engine: he amasses Orcs on every opponent spell, and whenever an Army deals combat damage, the Ring tempts you - letting you discard your hand and draw four. The deck wins through combat with big flyers and a growing Orc Army, with Living Death and Rise of the Dark Realms as mass-reanimation finishers. Secondary value comes from wheels (Wheel of Fortune, Windfall) and draw-punishers like Orcish Bowmasters and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse.
