Deck overview

Teval, the Balanced Scale leads a Sultai self-mill lands deck that turns the graveyard into a resource. The primary plan is to mill aggressively, return lands from the graveyard, and trigger landfall payoffs while building a Zombie token army. The main finish is the Gitrog Monster + Dakmor Salvage engine, converted by Syr Konrad, the Grim into lethal damage; Perpetual Timepiece resets the graveyard for a second wave. Secondary paths use Muldrotha and Six for recursion plus wide token beatdown. Teval's role is the repeatable value engine: attack to mill and play lands, then turn every graveyard exodus into 2/2 Zombie Druids. Muldrotha, the Gravetide is the hidden commander in the 99.
