Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Selesnya aggro deck led by Storm, Windrider. Storm provides an asymmetric flying rule: creatures with flying cannot attack you or block creatures you control, while any spell targeting a creature grants it flying until end of turn. The deck accelerates in the opening turns with efficient mana dorks and land ramp, setting up target-trigger creatures like Monastery Mentor, Informed Inkwright, and Colleen Wing, Street Samurai. Once Storm enters on Turn 4, targeted utility and combat spells turn opposing creatures into evasive non-threats while making your attackers completely unblockable. On Turns 5 and 6, the deck converts this unblockable presence into table-ending damage using Akroma's Will, Overwhelming Stampede, or Ancient Bronze Dragon. A rich suite of protective spells ensures the board survives sweepers and removal.
