Deck overview

This deck utilizes Rootha, Mastering the Moment to convert high-mana-value instants and sorceries into massive, evasive threat pressure. The game plan opens by establishing 2-CMC cost reducers and mana rocks to deploy Rootha smoothly by Turn 4. On subsequent turns, casting mid-to-high cost spells triggers Rootha's combat ability, generating large Elemental tokens with flying and haste. The deck amplifies this token output using clone effects, token doublers, and mass converters like Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer, Rionya, Fire Dancer, and Devastating Onslaught, which rapidly scale combat damage across the table. In addition to fair combat pressure, the list harbors an accidental infinite creature combo between Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame (or Molten Duplication). While explosive offensively, the deck runs almost no reactive interaction, spot removal, or protective counterspells, making it a proactive, all-in aggro engine that races opponents rather than controlling them.
