Deck overview

This Dimir deck pairs an aggressive sacrifice engine with compact combo finishes and heavy countermagic. Grimgrin, Corpse-Born serves as a resilient sacrifice outlet, board control tool, and combat threat that continually grows while clearing blockers. The primary game plan works toward establishing infinite mill-and-damage loops via Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank, or generating unlimited mana and untap triggers through Kelpie Guide combined with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura. Supported by deep graveyard recursion and powerful free counterspells, the deck comfortably transitions between mid-range zombie beatdown, board attrition, and sudden combo execution.
