Deck overview

This deck is an all-in exhibition gimmick that combines The War Doctor and Ryan Sinclair with a 98-card library consisting entirely of 49 Mountain and 49 Plains. Because the 99 contains zero nonland cards, an attack trigger from Ryan Sinclair exiles the entire remaining library card by card before returning the lands to the bottom in random order. Each exiled land triggers The War Doctor, generating roughly 90 or more time counters in a single combat step. The War Doctor's attack trigger then deals lethal direct damage to an opponent on Turn 5, followed by subsequent one-shot attacks on Turn 6 and Turn 7 to finish the table. The deck benefits from zero mulligan variance and guaranteed land drops on curve. However, it possesses zero interaction, zero ramp, and zero protection spells, leaving its commanders completely vulnerable to any standard creature removal or combat disruption.
