Commander: Alora, Merry Thief and Raised by Giants

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Simic Equipment Voltron deck helmed by Alora, Merry Thief with the Background Raised by Giants. The core plan is to make Alora a 10/10 Giant via the Background, suit her up with equipment that grant double strike, trample, unblockable, and power boosts, then attack for lethal commander damage. Alora's own ability makes her unblockable each combat, but she returns to hand at end step, forcing a recast each turn. The deck leans heavily on artifact tutors to find the right equipment and on a dense ramp package to accelerate into the expensive Background and repeated commander casts. Secondary value comes from Sai, Master Thopterist and Beast Whisperer for card flow, but the primary win condition is a single massive commander-damage strike, often enabled by double strike and extra combats from Genji Glove.
