Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green Landfall and +1/+1 counters midrange strategy commanded by Ka-Zar of the Savage Land. The primary game plan revolves around ramping early to deploy Ka-Zar on Turn 4, generating the scaling legendary Cat token Zabu. By playing lands from the top of the library and recurring fetchlands with Ramunap Excavator, Crucible of Worlds, or Conduit of Worlds, the deck triggers rapid landfall growth. Turn 5-6 transitions into lethal combat pressure through power-multiplying payoffs like Mightform Harmonizer, Rampaging Baloths, and Garruk's Uprising. While the deck generates steady card flow and presents massive trampling bodies, it relies purely on fair combat across multiple turn cycles and lacks stack interaction or stax locks, leaving it vulnerable to board wipes if protective spells like Inspiring Call or Veil of Summer are not in hand.
