Mutants by Orzhov667

Format: Commander

Commander: Cleopatra, Exiled Pharaoh

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Cleopatra, Exiled Pharaoh leads a Golgari +1/+1 counter deck built around legendary creatures. The plan is to accelerate with mana dorks, deploy Cleopatra early, then stack counters on other legends via Arwen, Rocksteady, and end-step triggers. Death and attack triggers (Bebop, Reyhan, Jarad) convert those creatures into huge card advantage, and the game is closed either by a massive Jarad sacrifice or, more commonly, by overrunning with Triumph of the Hordes. Reyhan, Last of the Abzan acts as a hidden commander, moving counters after deaths. The deck is resilient through recursion but has no infinite combos and must win through fast, big combat.
