Deck overview

Orzhov political voltron. The deck discourages attacks with Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, Nils, Orzhov Advokist, Marchesa's Decree, and Promise of Loyalty, then pivots to suiting up Winter Soldier, Icy Assassin with a dense equipment package. Menace and vigilance make him a reliable evasive beater, and the 'one more equipment' trigger turns a 2/2 into a lethal 12+ power finisher with double strike from Fireshrieker or Akroma's Will. Secondary paths use Captain Marvel, Doctor Doom, Shadrix Silverquill, and Breena to grind value. There is no hidden commander; Winter Soldier is the sole build-around, with his own graveyard recursion serving as a backup copy.
