Deck overview

This Simic deck centers on Zimone, Infinite Analyst, turning every X-spell into a compounding engine of +1/+1 counters and mana discounts. Early turns focus on establishing land ramp and deploying low-cost utility pieces. Once Zimone is on the battlefield, the deck chains X-spells that grow Zimone while generating massive board presence, card draw, and mana acceleration. Synergistic engines like Unbound Flourishing, Elementalist's Palette, and Kami of Whispered Hopes amplify mana output and counter placement. Trample enablers such as Garruk's Uprising, Kodama of the West Tree, and Nev, the Practical Dean ensure that giant hydras like Primordial Hydra, Goldvein Hydra, and Primo, the Unbounded can push through blockers to close out the game in combat.
