Deck overview

This deck is a Jund Treasure Aristocrats build led by Vazi, Keen Negotiator. The strategy accelerates mana by creating Treasure tokens through efficient ramp and combat triggers, then weaponizes Vazi's political ability to gift opponents Treasures. As opponents spend this gifted mana, Vazi rewards you with card draw and +1/+1 counters, while punisher cards like Bloodroot Apothecary, Pain Distributor, and Mayhem Devil turn opposing token usage into lethal damage and poison. In the mid-to-late game, the deck transitions into a lethal aristocrats engine using Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Master, and Marionette Apprentice, draining opponents for every token created and sacrificed. Alternatively, explosive dragons like Old Gnawbone and Cavern-Hoard Dragon generate overwhelming Treasure reserves to fuel game-ending spells like Torment of Hailfire or trigger alternate win conditions like Revel in Riches.
