Deck overview

Prosper, Tome-Bound is the fulcrum of a Rakdos exile-matters engine. The game plan is to turn exile into a second hand: Prosper exiles a card every end step, and every card actually played from exile creates a Treasure. The 99 amplifies that loop with more play-from-exile effects like Wild Wasteland, Theater of Horrors, Stolen Strategy, and Urabrask, Heretic Praetor, plus Treasure multipliers in Xorn, Goldspan Dragon, and Professional Face-Breaker. The payoff suite is equally deep: Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, Mirkwood Bats, Mayhem Devil, Marionette Master, and Passionate Archaeologist turn every artifact and every exiled spell into reach. It can win through incremental token burn, a huge free-cast turn off Fevered Suspicion, Apex of Power, or Etali, Primal Storm, or the alternate condition on Revel in Riches. The deck has no deterministic infinite-combo line; it wins by overwhelming value, velocity, and table-wide damage.
