Mono-blue spellslinger that uses Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy to double-cast instants and sorceries, turning cheap cantrips and recursion into a single explosive storm turn. The primary finish is Aetherflux Reservoir backed by a High Tide/Turnabout mana burst; Psychosis Crawler, Brain Freeze, and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries are secondary lines. No Background is registered, so Gale is a value engine rather than a partner-combo commander. Both faces of Ojer Pakpatiq see use-the front grants rebound and the back becomes an Island-and Jace, Vryn's Prodigy flips into a recursive planeswalker. The deck draws heavily, reuses the graveyard, and aims to go off around turn six.
