Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking turns the graveyard into a second hand, using Entomb, Buried Alive, and Fauna Shaman to stock Elf activated abilities; every Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Devoted Druid, and Selvala in the graveyard becomes an ability on the commander. The deck also runs a compact Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle kill as a parallel, commander-independent win. The hidden commander is the Elf-tribal activated-ability engine rather than a single card; legendaries like Thranduil the Strategist and Lathril create extra draws and bodies. It plays as a fast Sultai Elf-ball that ramps early, fills the graveyard by turn 3-4, then either generates enormous mana for Staff/Finale/Craterhoof or simply consults to Thoracle.
