Format: Commander

Commander: Svyelun of Sea and Sky

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

A tempo-oriented Merfolk tribal deck led by Svyelun of Sea and Sky, who serves as a resilient draw engine and grants ward to the tribe. The primary plan is to deploy lords, make creatures unblockable with islandwalk, and chip opponents down. A secondary extra-turn combo uses Wanderwine Prophets and Deeproot Pilgrimage to chain turns with token sacrifices. Interaction is solid, with counterspells and efficient removal, while recursion from Mystic Sanctuary and Emperor Mihail II helps rebuild.
