Deck overview

This is a spellslinger combo deck that wants to assemble Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal, then convert infinite spell casts into damage with Guttersnipe, Vivi Ornitier, Ral, or Niv-Mizzet. A deep tutor package and a huge cantrip suite find the two-card engine and a redundant outlet. Adeliz, the Cinder Wind is a speed/pump payoff rather than the engine; Veyran, Voice of Duality is the de facto hidden commander, doubling the triggered damage/pump effects. A secondary Wizard-token beatdown plan with Balmor, Talrand, Docent, and Young Pyromancer can win if the combo is disrupted.
